We are a Toshiba Authorised Service Provider and our service department engineers are fully certified to service all Toshiba Laptops. We will endeavor to repair any Toshiba computer, including; Satellite, Tecra, Portege, Quasmio and Netbook.

What else do you repair?

 

As well as been Apple and Toshiba authorised we are also keen to undertake any computer repair including Hp, Compaq, Dell and Fujitsu.

What’s our turnaround time?

 

Our workshop engineers average a turnaround time of just 2-3 days on all repairs, typically 24-48 hours in most cases (subject to parts availability). 

All Toshiba parts are shipped to Opal via UPS on a next working day basis.

 

What’s the cost?

 

Our standard diagnosis charge is free. For this an engineer will assess the machine and provide you a verbal quote and fault description. If however you want the quotation in writing an admin charge would apply.

If your machine is under the 12-month warranty then the repair will be carried out free of charge. This does not include user abuse or liquid damage.

How do I arrange a repair?

 

Simply turn up at our offices and we will see you without an appointment. This will include a quick chat with one of our engineers so we can get a good idea of the fault your having with your machine. We will provide you with a copy of the engineers report documenting all equipment left which an Toshiba Certified Technician will sign.

Parking Facilities

 

We have unlimited free customer parking in Ponteland. If you need assistance carrying your equipment simply call ahead and we’ll collect it from your vehicle. Our Newcastle branch has disabled access.
